Welcome to Moschini PT
“From the outset of my career in the fitness industry, I became accustomed to planning, drafting, and developing between ten to twenty unique fitness programs daily, five days a week, over two years. This experience resulted in the creation of more than 5,000 distinct fitness programs in just the first two years, a number I’ve since ceased to tally. This volume reflects the extensive workload and the challenge of crafting personalized programs for each client from day one. With each program, and through inevitable mistakes, I’ve cultivated a community of clients over the years. Collaborating with various local fitness instructors has broadened my expertise beyond the gym floor to encompass diverse fitness disciplines, including calisthenics, functional training, neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), team athletic training, endurance sports, and importantly, the ongoing pursuit of enhancing healthy posture and correcting physical imbalances.
Physical activity has become integral to my life, enriching it to such an extent that I cannot imagine living without it. I am eager to share my passion and positivity with you, guiding you to take control of your health by creating a customized fitness routine that meets your needs and unlocks your potential.
